How do I sell an item?

Click "Sell Item" on the navigation bar, fill in the details (title, price, photos), and submit. Used items are listed immediately (free). Marketplace products go through a quick admin approval (within 24h).

Is Lisboo free to use?

Yes! Browsing and buying is free. Used items and job postings are free. Marketplace sellers pay a 10% commission per successful sale.

How fast is delivery?

If the vendor is online at the time of purchase: 1‑2 hours. If offline: next working day. The exact ETA is shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order is assigned to a delivery partner, you will receive a tracking link and can view the live status in your dashboard.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards (Stripe) and cash on delivery (COD). Card payments are processed securely.

How do I become a vendor?

Click "Become a Vendor" on the homepage, fill in the registration form, and wait for admin approval. Once approved, you can list products in the marketplace.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Contact support within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Is my personal data safe?

Absolutely. We use Firebase security rules to protect data and never share your information with third parties without your consent.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement. Go to your order history and click “Cancel”. After that, contact support.
