Lisboo facilitates sales between buyers and sellers. Each vendor may have their own return policy.

Eligible for Return (14 days)

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong item received
  • Item not as described

Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized/custom items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Digital products after download
  • Used items (as described)

📋 How to Request a Return

Log into your Lisboo account and go to Orders

Click "Return Item" next to the order

Select reason and upload photos (if damaged)

Vendor must approve within 48 hours

Ship item back (buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective)

💰 Refund Timeline

  • • Vendor approves return: within 48 hours
  • • Refund processed: within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
  • • Refund method: Original payment method

Dispute Resolution

If vendor doesn't respond within 7 days, Lisboo Support will mediate. Contact us at support@lisboo.com
